Interacting with the Cognitron AI: You can interact with Cognitron by initiating a conversation and asking it to fetch a survey such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, Vanderbilt, or the CHART survey for asthma. Please note that these surveys are designed to be collected with a device that is owned and operated by the clinic. Therefore, the app is not linked to a specific patient, and no identifying information is collected when the tool is properly used. Data transmitted by the app is HIPAA compliant.
Known bugs: We are constantly working to improve the functionality of our app, and we appreciate your patience as we work to address any known bugs. One known issue is that asking for a survey may not work immediately after signing in for the first time. We are actively working to fix this issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How to delete your account: If you want to delete your account, simply navigate to the settings screen by clicking on the gear widget at the bottom of the app. From there, select the option to delete your account. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your data from our servers.
